We have been working together with our client Alto Rendimiento for the past few weeks in order to implement a CRM system for their growing database of clients. We have chosen the open-source CRM solution SugarCRM, which adapted very well to the needs of our client.
We have also moved their call center to an online based solution offered by Telefacil. Using software-based SIP phones and bluetooth headsets connected to the representatives’ desktops we managed to get a substantial reduction of costs and time. This virtual PBX allows our client to have several extensions each with their virtual secretary and voice mail as well as a very advantageous feature: portability. Using SIP applications on the workers’ smartphones or internet devices they can take their extension with them virtually anywhere.
We have customized the CRM system by adding specific fields needed by the client and activated the click to call function using the sip: protocol directly from the CRM page. More features will be added gradually after completing the first phase of adoption by the workers.
